These terms cover the ElvoApps website, professional services and Shopify apps. App listings on Shopify may include additional terms.
Last updated: October 6, 2026. By using elvoapps.com, submitting a project form, or installing an ElvoApps Shopify app, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
ElvoApps provides Shopify-related services (store development, migration, SEO, optimization, custom development) and Shopify applications. Website: elvoapps.com. Email: [email protected].
2. Website
Content on this site is for information. It is not a bid, guarantee of rankings, conversion rate or app-store performance. We may change pages without notice.
3. Professional services
Project work is governed by a written proposal, statement of work or email confirmation. Those documents control scope, fees, timeline and IP. If they conflict with this page, the signed or confirmed project terms win.
- You must have authority to provide store access, content and third-party credentials.
- You remain responsible for your Shopify plan, app charges, product claims and legal compliance (including consumer, tax and privacy law in the markets you sell to).
- Estimates are not guarantees. Catalog quality, missing assets and third-party APIs affect dates.
4. Shopify apps
Public apps are licensed through Shopify. Shopify’s billing, chargebacks and app store rules apply. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on stores you administer, for as long as the subscription is active and you comply with these terms and Shopify’s.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app.
- We may modify or discontinue features with notice where practical.
- Uptime depends on Shopify and your theme; we do not warrant uninterrupted service.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site or apps for unlawful content, spam, infringement, or to attack systems. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are broken.
6. Intellectual property
ElvoApps branding, this website and our app code remain ours. Theme custom work delivered under a project is licensed or assigned as the statement of work says. You keep your product content, trademarks and store data.
7. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
Services and apps are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that SEO, CRO or an app will achieve a particular commercial result. Ecommerce outcomes depend on your offer, traffic, operations and Shopify itself.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ElvoApps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the website or an app is limited to the fees you paid us for that app in the three months before the claim, or, for services, the fees paid for the relevant statement of work. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (for example fraud or personal injury).

11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the date above constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for the website. Material app changes will follow Shopify’s notice rules where they apply.
